At Bikeology, we guarantee to match the price of any current identical stocked item found in any Queenand competitor's physical store or online store including all delivery charges.

If you do find a product being sold cheaper by one of our competitors then follow the steps below to receive your Price Match discount.

PRICE MATCH ONLINE

If you are shopping online please Contact Us with the following information:

1. The URL of the product on our site that you would like to price match
2. Size and colour of product (if applicable)
3. The URL of the product at a lower price on competitor's site

If your request meets our price match conditions (see below) we will email you a voucher code that you can use to lower the price of the item you wish to buy.

PRICE MATCH IN STORE

If you are shopping in store one of our team can assist you with your price match request and will verify price and availability with you on the spot.

Price Match Conditions

• Products must be identical including brand, model, colour.
• Excludes clearance, warehouse outlets or auction websites including but not limited to; Ebay, Amazon and daily deal websites.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount including VIP cards.
• Competitor product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase/delivery.
• Must be a Queensland based retail store or website selling direct to the public and shipped from within Australia.
• We will take into account any delivery charges that are applicable
• We cannot match any multibuy type offers
• We reserve the right to make additional charges for fitting on price matched products
• We reserve the right to limit the price match offer to one item per customer, where we believe products are not being purchased for personal use.
• Price Match discount codes cannot be combined with any other offers
